UX Research leader with 15+ years of experience spanning hands-on mixed-methods research and scaled team leadership across enterprise product portfolios.

Appointed to IBM’s elite cohort of Design Principals selected worldwide for exemplary research craft and leadership. Operated as de facto head of research for a business unit at the scale of a mid-sized standalone company, partnering with PM, engineering, and design executives to set priorities and influence roadmap.

Track record of translating user research into measurable business outcomes — including $500M+ in identified pipeline, $110M in direct revenue, and $14.9M in new product signings. Experienced at building research operations, coaching researchers at all levels, and embedding user insight into executive-level product decisions.
